1.letak perusahaan harus dekat dengan bahan baku karena untuk menghemat biaya transportasi, dan waktu tidak terbuang sia sia hanya karna mencari bahan baku.
contoh : pabrik gula yang dekat dengan perkebunan tebu.














2. Faktor lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan nyaman, baik lingkungan fisik maupun lingkungan psikologis, sangat memengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan. Bila lingkungan nyaman maka bekerjapun akan semangat dan dapat meningkatkan produksi perusahaan.
